Project Description:
The project is for the design, engineer, procurement, and supply of equipment including the complete sulphate removal membrane skid, for Sulphate Removal Process (SRP) seawater treatment module, sized for 424,486 BPD (67,488 m3/day) of low sulphate injection water for the ExxonMobil FPSO Uaru that will operate in the Stabroek block, in the Guyana-Suriname basin, offshore Guyana.
The project scope: a single process module comprising Coarse Filters, UltraMEV108 ultrafiltration pretreatment, Sulphate Removal Feed Pumps, Sulphate Removal Membrane Trains, Membrane CIP system, UF CEB system, Vacuum Deaerator Package, Water Injection Booster Pumps, Field Instrumentation and Package Control System, Valves and Instrumentation.
Uaru is Westgarth's eighth SRP contract with MODEC, and our fourth for ExxonMobil's Guyana oil field development, building on the successful design and supply of the SRP technology modules for FPSOs Liza Unity, Liza Prosperity, and Yellowtail.
